We hope your charter lived up to your expectations. We would love to know some of your impressions about your yachting vacation. Please answer the following questions and add any comments you may have.
1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Our one and only crew was Dave Peterson. Accommodating? We worked him to death.
2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Perfect. We were so impressed with the layout. Each" stateroom" had a private bath. so much room. We never ate inside but elected the covered deck.
3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. never even used the fan. The bedrooms have great side and vertical ventilation.
4. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The cooking and cleaning up was excellent. That was because I did the cooking! You will have to ask Dave.
5. Did you like the area you sailed?
The area was great. Sites we visited were so close together and the wind often wrong that we did not do much under sail but when we were it was wonderful and quiet.
6. Additional comments on your charter?
First we must apologize for wearing the Captain out! I am sure after partying high stressed corporates wanting sun and drink with a bit of snorkeling he thought our 5 ranging in age from 14-74 would be a challenge but easy. Dave confessed that we wore him out. One of the reasons we selected the Chateau was that the Captain was also a dive master. Yes we all dove and Auntie was not as strong or experienced as the others but with Dave we were all comfortable. He watched me like a hawk and we even dove the wreck of the Rhone and Bronco Billy. He arranged all our diving equipment and hauled the tanks for refills. We arrived a bit early will bags of groceries (half from our duffles from Costco USA) and he welcomed us with champagne which was of course much better than the boxed wine we offered him. He had ideas for the young ladies knowing we would all enjoy the full moon party and burning man in the Caribbean Party and the pirate show at Leverick Bay. We said farewell after 6 nights and he confessed to being tired. After all, he manned the sails, loaded the tanks, got the paddle boards and kayak up and down, and was always putting the snorkeling equipment away after we used it. His excellent Mara fins and snorkel were better than my own equipment so no need to bring your own. What more can I say except thank you DAVE.

Thank you for your generous hospitality, wonderful meals, drinks, suggestions, and endless fun facts. As I mentioned, this was a trip of healing for me and my brother and we are grateful for your easy going, high spirited love of life. It will definitely lighten our hearts and begin to move forward again with joy.

It's rare in my life that I am left without adequate words to express myself, but here I am. We planned this trip without any understanding of what it could turn out to be and you both managed to bring together an adventure I never would have had the foresight to create.
We both have had such an amazing time and felt such comfort and welcome in your home!
My motto on a good time has always been "Good food & plenty of booze," going forward that will now include "Good food, plenty of booze, & Chateau."

David took us to the most beautiful places we\'ve ever seen!
David, thank you for a wonderful week aboard Chateau! We really enjoyed the mix of quiet out of the way places and great restaurants and beach bars. Our family thought that Prickly Pear was the most beautiful place we've ever been!
It was so great to see our son learning about becoming a sailor! We could watch how he progressed as the week went on. Your patience was terrific as he learned. Nick enjoyed all of your adventures!
I loved all the beaches we had to ourselves and the great snorkeling spots!
